Hi there! Welcome to The Wax Bar. The Wax Bar specializes in Brazilian and full-body speed waxing using premium hard wax for the most comfortable waxing experience possible. We are conveniently located inside WB Collective | Salon Suites at: 7123 W. 95th St., Suite 1 Overland Park, KS 66212 Please enter through the north side of the building (the storefront facing 95th Street with the WB Collective sign). Suite 1 is the first door on the left. If the treatment room door is closed, please have a seat in the waiting area and I’ll be with you as soon as your appointment begins. Appointments are by reservation only. To provide every client with a relaxing experience, we kindly ask that children not attend appointments unless they are receiving a service. CANCELLATION POLICY
A 24hr notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancelled/rescheduled appointments that occur on the day of appointment or less than 24hrs of the appointment will be charged a fee of 50% of the services scheduled. Clients that fail to show or miss the appointment will be charged a No-Show fee which is 100% of the original cost of the scheduled services. If you arrive 5 minutes or more late we ask that you please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your appointment. However, you may be asked to reschedule and charged a fee of 50% of the services scheduled if there isn’t enough time.
